Notice of Application for a New Premises Licence

We That Red Shop Limited hereby give notice that an application was made to the London Borough of Islington on the 15th January 2024 for the Grant of a New Premises Licence to operate a premises at: Roni Market, 390 York Way, Islington, London, N7 9LW from which the following licensable activities are proposed. The Sale of Alcohol by Retail for consumption off the premises from 07:00 hours until 22:00 hours Monday to Sunday.

Details of the application may be inspected, free of charge, at Alcohol and Entertainment Licences, Islington Council, 222 Upper Street, London N1 1XR or online at www.islington.gov.uk.

Any interested party or Responsible Authority may make representations to the Licensing Section within 28 Consecutive Days of the day of application was made as detailed above. The last day for representations being the 12/02/2024. It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application and a person may be liable on summary conviction of an unlimited fine. 15/01/2024
