LICENSING ACT 2003 NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE UNDER SECTION 17
Notice is hereby given that on the 16th January 2024 Euro Garages Limited applied to Tameside Metropolitan Borough Council for a Premises Licence in respect of premises Asda Express PFS Stalybridge, Stamford Street, Stalybridge SK15 1LH. The proposed licensable activities are; 1. The sale by retail of alcohol on Mondays to Sundays between the hours of 00.00 to 24.00. 2. To permit late night refreshment on Mondays to Sundays between the hours of 23.00 and 05.00. Any representations by a responsible authority or any other person regarding this application must be received in writing by;- The Licensing Section, Tameside Metropolitan Borough Council, Tame Street Depot, Tame Street, Stalybridge SK15 1ST; licensing@tameside.gov.uk no later than the 13th February 2024 stating the grounds for representations.
The register of Tameside Metropolitan Borough Council and the record of the application may be inspected Monday to Friday 10:00 am – 12:00 pm & 14:00 pm – 16:00 pm except Bank Holidays. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. The fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is unlimited.
