To whom it may concern: We, Sidmouth FolkWeek Productions Limited, do hereby give notice that we have applied to the Licensing Authority at East Devon District Council for a new Premises License at:
Betsy's Knapp, Corner Bickwell Lane & Station Road / Bulverton Road
The application is to:
Provide regulated entertainment in the form of live music, recorded music and performances of dance 09.30 01.30
Provision of anything of a similar description to live music, recorded music or performances of dance 09.30 01.30
Provide late night refreshment 23.00 04.00
Supply alcohol 12.00 02.30
Opening Hours 09.30 05.00
From 2nd to 10th August 2024
Any person wishing to make representations to this application may do so by writing to The Licensing Manager, East Devon District Council, Blackdown House, Border Road, Heathpark Industrial Estate, Honiton, EX14 1EJ not later than 9th February 2024. Representations received after this date cannot be considered. All representation MUST BE IN WRITING.
A copy of the application can be viewed at the Licensing Authority's address during normal office hours or on the Council's website: www.eastdevon.gov.uk/licensing/
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with this application, the maximum fine on summary conviction is unlimited.
