TO : WHOM IT MAY CONCERN We Tesco Stores
Limited, Tesco House, Shire Park, Kestrel Way,
Welwyn Garden City, AL7 1GA do hereby serve
notice on 12/01/2024 that it is our intention to apply
to Lewes District Council for the grant of a new
premises licence for the premises known as; Tesco
Express, Former Seven Sisters Public House,
Alfriston Road, Seaford, BN25 3PY for the following
licensable activities or proposed variation: The
provision of late-night refreshment (indoors) on the
following days: Monday-Sunday, 23:00-00:00). The
sale by retail of alcohol for consumption off the
premises on the following days: Monday-Sunday,
06:00-00:00.
Any person who desires to make a representation
to the grant should send a brief written statement of
the grounds of his/her objection to licensing@
lewes-eastbourne.gov.uk or Licensing Team
Southover House Southover Road Lewes BN7 1AB
no later than midnight on 09/02/2024. The register
and records of applications may be viewed at the
above council office during normal office hours;
summaries are available via www.leweseastbourne.gov.uk.
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a
false statement in connection with an application,
the maximum penalty for which a person is liable on
summary conviction is an unlimited fine.
