Notice of application for the grant of a Premises Licence under Section 17 of the Licensing Act 2003

Notice is hereby given that EI Group Limited has applied to Cotswold District Council for the grant of a Premises Licence in respect of Premises to be known as Coach and Horses, Fosseway, Bourton-On-The-Water, Cheltenham, GL54 2HN.The proposed licensable activities and their hours are: Sale by Retail of Alcohol (on and off the premises) from 10:00 until 01:00 Mondays to Sundays; Provision of Films from 07:00 until 01:30 Mondays to Sundays; Entertainment similar to music and dance Mondays to Sundays 12:00 until 01:00; Indoor sporting events from 07:00 until 01:30 Mondays to Sundays; Live Music from 12:00 until 00:00 Mondays to Sundays; Recorded Music from 07:00 until 01:30 Mondays to Sundays; The performance of plays from 12:00 until 00:00 Mondays to Sundays; Provision of Late-Night Refreshment from 23:00 until 01:30 Mondays to Sundays.
