What is proposed?
Notice of application for the grant of a Premises
Licence under Section 17 of the Licensing Act 2003
Notice is hereby given that Newgate Pubs & Bars Company
Limited has applied to North Yorkshire Council for the
grant of a Premises Licence in respect of premises to be
known as Mayfair Pub & Kitchen, 33-35 Parliament Street,
Harrogate, HG1 2RE. The proposed licensable activities
and their hours are the provision for regulated entertainment
(to include films, live music, recorded music and the
performances of dance) and the sale of alcohol on & off the
premises Monday to Sunday 09:00 to 01:00 the following
morning. The provision for Late Night Refreshment
Monday to Sunday 23:00 to 01:00 the following morning.
The opening hours of the premises will be Monday to
Sunday 09:00 to 01:30 the following morning. The record

Harrogate, HG1 2AE or online at www.northyorks.gov.uk
