To whom it may concern Tenzing Lama & Laxmi Lama Do hereby give notice that on 8th January 2024 served application on the Licensing Authority, Worthing Borough Council and the relevant authorities for a new Premises Licence at: Gurkha Kitchen situated at: 121 Rectory Road, Worthing, West Sussex, BN14 7PH. The application is to allow the following licensable activities: Sale of alcohol for consumption off the premises: 10:00hrs to 00:00hrs Monday to Saturday, 12:00hrs to 23:30hrs Sunday. Provision of late night refreshment: 23:00hrs to 00:00hrs Monday to Saturday, 23:00hrs to 23:30hrs Sunday. Opening to the public: 10:00hrs to 00:00hrs Monday to Saturday, 12:00hrs to 23:30hrs Sunday.
Any person who desires to make objection to the said grant should set out, in writing, a brief statement of the grounds of his/her objection and send to : The Licensing Unit, Adur & Worthing Councils Worthing Town Hall, Chapel Road, Worthing, BN11 1HA Or email: licensing.unit@adurworthing.gov.uk . Representations must reach the Licensing Unit no later than: 5th February 2024. The application may be viewed, in full, at the above offices between the hours of 9.00am and 4.00pm Monday to Friday or details found at: https://www.adur-worthing.gov.uk/licensing-consultations/licensing-act-2003 . Information as to the date of any hearing required to determine the application may be obtained from the Adur & Worthing Councils’ Licensing Unit. It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is £5,000.
