It is proposed as follows: Live Music – Friday 28 June 2024 17:00 – 00:00, Saturday 29 June 2024 10:00 – 00:00 Recorded Music – Friday 28 June 2024 17:00 – 00:00, Saturday 29 June 2024 10:00 - 00:00 Sale of Alcohol for consumption on the premises Friday 28 June 2024 17:00 until 00:00, Saturday 29 June 2024 12:00 until 00:00.
The application also requests that the event takes place between the same times on one consecutive maximum 2 day period during June each calendar year. A copy of the Application can be inspected at the offices of Amber Valley Borough Council, Town Hall, Ripley, Derbyshire DE5 3XE between 10am and 4pm Monday to Friday or online at
www.ambervalley.gov.uk/licensing
This application was lodged with Amber Valley Borough Council Licensing Authority on 09/01/2024 and any representations must be made in writing to Amber Valley Borough Council at the above address or via
licensing@ambervalley.gov.uk no later than 06/02/2024 being 28 days from the date of application.
It is an offence under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003 to make a false statement in or in connection with this application. Those who make a false statement may be liable on summary conviction to a fine of any amount.
