Notice of application for a New Premises Licence
Lane 7 Limited have applied for a new premises licence at Lane 7
(former “Loft” Premises), Ground, Mezzanine and First Floor, Unit 21,
The Gate, Newcastle upon Tyne NE1 5TG. The licensable activities
Monday to Sunday between 10:00-02:00 will be films, indoor
sporting events, live music, recorded music, anything similar to live
and recorded music, supply of alcohol and late night refreshment
between 23:00-02:00. Conditions will apply. Anyone wishing to make
a representation to this application may do so in writing to Licensing
Authority, Newcastle City Council, Public Safety and Regulation, Civic
Centre, Newcastle upon Tyne NE1 8QH Or licensing@newcastle.
gov.uk by 12 February 2024. The Application may be viewed
during normal office hours at the above address or at https://portal.
newcastle.gov.uk It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a
false statement in connection with an application and is punishable
by a fine of any amount on summary conviction for the offence.
