Notice of application for a Premises licence Variation.
Name of applicant: The Cotswold
Brewing Company Limited
Address of premises: College Farm, Stow Road, Bourton
on the Water, Gloucestershire. Post Code: GL54 2HN
It is proposed to vary the current premises licence by;
- Increasing the capacity onsite from 500 to 4000 people
at any one time for upto a maximum of 10 events each
year ( amending the current condition in Annex 2, #4).
- Occassionally showing films
- Extending the hours for playing recorded and live music,
to be inline with the current licensed opening hours
- Removing the condition in Annex 3, #1 that "Only
products produced on the site can be sold and consumed
at the premises
