Any interested party or responsible authority may make representations regarding this application, which must be made in writing within 10 working days of the posting of this notice. It is a summary offence, liable to an unlimited fine on conviction, under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003 to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application.
