What is proposed?

LICENSING ACT 2003

Application has been made by Apart Hotel Snowhill Birmingham Limited to the Licensing Authority of Birmingham City Council for a Premises Licence for the Apart Hotel Snowhill at Apart Hotel Birmingham, St Chad’s Quay, Queensway, Birmingham, B4 6HY.

The application includes the following terms:- 1. To enable the sale of alcohol between 06:00 and 00:00 daily.

Full details of the Application can be viewed at the offices of the Licensing Authority at Birmingham City Council, General Licensing Regulation & Enforcement, P.O. Box 17831, Birmingham, B2 2HJ.

A responsible authority or any other person can make written representations to the Licensing Authority at any time up to and including 2nd February 2024

It is an offence for anyone knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with a Licence Application.
The maximum fine on summary conviction is unlimited.
