Notice of Application to Wigan Council
An application for a new premises licence has been
made by R.A Corp limited for the premises known
as Premier Convenience Store, situated at 192
Gidlow Lane, Wigan WN6 7AW. The application
seeks to allow for the sale of alcohol for consumption
off the premises, Monday to Sunday 0800hrs to
2300hrs.
The application may be inspected at the Licensing
section, Wigan Life centre, College Avenue, Wigan
WN1 1NJ, between the hours of 9.00am and
5.00pm. Monday to Friday inclusive. Brief details
can also be obtained from the Councils website
www.wigan.gov.uk. Any person or responsible
authority may make representations about the
application no later than 1st February 2024. All
representations must be made in writing by the
above date. Representations should be sent to the
Licensing Section, PO Box 100, Wigan, WN1 3DS
or can be emailed to licensing@wigan.gov.uk.
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a
false statement in connection with an application.
The maximum fine for which a person is liable on
summary conviction for making a false statement is
a level 5 fine on the standard scale
