▪ Hours of opening: Sunday to Thursday: 09:00 - 00:00 and Friday to Saturday: 09:00 - 01:00
▪ Recorded Music (Indoors): Sunday to Thursday:09:00 - 00:00 and Friday to Saturday: 09:00 - 01:00
▪ Live Music (Indoors): Sunday to Thursday:12:00 - 00:00 and Friday to Saturday: 12:00 - 01:00
▪ Late Night Refreshment (Indoors): Sunday to Thursday: 23:00 - 00:00 and Friday to Saturday: 23:00 - 01:00
Seasonal Variations for all above:
▪ Christmas Eve, Boxing Day, New Years Eve and Bank Holidays until 02:00
The application may be inspected at the Licensing Section, Wigan Life Centre, College Avenue, Wigan, WN1 1NJ between the hours of 9.00 a.m. and 5.00 p.m. Monday to Friday inclusive. Brief details can also be obtained from the Council's website www.wigan.gov.uk . Any person or responsible authority may make representations about the application no later than 31/01/2024 . All representations must be made in writing by the above date. Representations should be sent to the Licensing Section, PO Box 100, Wigan, WN1 3DS or can be emailed to licensing@wigan.gov.uk . It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for making a false statement is a Level 5 fine on the standard scale.
