LICENSING ACT 2003 NOTICE OF APPLICATION TO VARY A PREMISES LICENCE UNDER SECTION 34

Notice is hereby given that on the 11th January 2024 Alliance Property Holdings Limited applied to Fareham Borough Council for a variation of the Premises Licence in respect of premises McColls, 107 West Street, Fareham, Hampshire PO16 0AB. The proposed variation is; to extend the hours for licensable activities and opening Monday to Sunday to 06:00 – 23:00. Any representations by a responsible authority or any other person regarding this application must be received in writing by:- Licensing Authority, Fareham Borough Council Civic Way Fareham PO16 7AZ, no later than 8th February 2024 stating the grounds for representations. The register of Fareham Council, the record of the application may be inspected at the above address during normal office hours or by emailing licensing@fareham.gov.uk It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. The fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is unlimited.
