Notice is hereby given that an application was made to Birmingham City Council for a Premises Licence under the above Act on 8th January 2024 by Richard Hughes: 41 Watford Road, Cotteridge, Birmingham B30 1JB. It is proposed that the following licensable activities will take place from the premises: sale of alcohol by retail: 11:00 to 00:00, Monday to Saturday, 11:00 to 23:00, Sunday: late night refreshment: Monday to Saturday 23:00 to 00:00: regulated entertainment: 11:00 to 00:00 Monday to Saturday, 11:00 to 23:00, Sunday.

Representations to this application must be made in writing by 5th February 2024.
It is an offence, under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, to make a false statement in or in connection with this application.
Those who make such a false statement may be liable on summary conviction to a fne of any amount.
