Proposal: Application for variation to condition 1 of planning permission granted under planning reference HW/REM/23/00272 from: All construction/demolition works and ancillary operations (which includes deliveries and other commercial vehicles to and from the site) which are audible at the boundary of noise sensitive premises, shall only take place on site between the hours of 08:00 to 18:30 Monday to Friday and 08:00 to 13:00 on Saturday. No works to be carried out on a Sunday or Bank Holiday. REASON: To protect the amenity of noise sensitive properties.

The only exception to this are the Terminus House Footbridge demolition works which will be carried out in accordance with the submitted demolition management plan and phasing drawings.
