These applications and others received can be inspected at Harlow Council Planning Services, Civic Centre, The Water Gardens, Harlow, Essex, CM20 1WG on Monday – Friday, 9am – 4:45pm. If you are unable to view the plans during these times, please telephone Planning Services on (01279) 446856 where a suitable appointment can be made with the relevant case officer.

Anyone who wishes to make representations about these applications should write to the Council at the above address within 21 days of the date of this notice.

Proposal: Application for variation to condition 1 of planning permission granted under planning reference HW/REM/23/00272 from: All construction/demolition works and ancillary operations (which includes deliveries and other commercial vehicles to and from the site) which are audible at the boundary of noise sensitive premises, shall only take place on site between the hours of 08:00 to 18:30 Monday to Friday and 08:00 to 13:00 on Saturday. No works to be carried out on a Sunday or Bank Holiday. REASON: To protect the amenity of noise sensitive properties.

All construction/demolition works and ancillary operations (which includes deliveries and other commercial vehicles to and from the site) which are audible at the boundary of noise sensitive premises, shall only take place on site between the hours of 08:00 to 18:30 Monday to Friday and 08:00 to 13:00 on Saturday. No works to be carried out on a Sunday or Bank Holiday. The only exception to this are the Terminus House Footbridge demolition works which will be carried out in accordance with the submitted demolition management plan and phasing drawings. REASON: To protect the amenity of noise sensitive properties.
