NOTICE OF APPLICATION TO VARY AN ADULT GAMING CENTRE PREMISES LICENCE UNDER THE GAMBLING ACT 2005
Notice is hereby given that: Reel Leisure Time Limited of the following address: 13 Whitchurch Lane, Edgware, HA8 6JZ is applying under section 187(1)(c) of the GamblingAct 2005 to vary an Adult Gaming Centre Premises Licence issued under the Gambling Act 2005. The application relates to the following premises: Palace Amusements, 77 High Street, Newcastle Under Lyme, ST5 1PS. The proposed variation is to seek approval of the updated layout plan to reflect the layout of the premises and to include the boundary of the premises. The application for a variation of anAdult Gaming Centre Premises Licence has been made to the following licensing authority: Licensing Team, Newcastle Under Lyme Borough Council, Castle House, Barracks Road, Newcastle-under-Lyme, ST5 1BL - licensing@newcastle-staffs.gov.uk
Information about the application is available from the licensing authority, including the arrangements for viewing the details of the application. Any of the following persons may make representations in writing to the licensing authority about the application: A person who lives sufficiently close to the premises to be likely to be affected by the authorised activities. A person who has business interests that might be affected by the authorised activities.

It is an offence under section 342 of the GamblingAct 2005 if a person, without reasonable excuse, gives to a licensing authority for a purpose connected with that Act information which is false or misleading.
