A representation by any person or responsible authority regarding this application may be made to Licensing Authority London Borough of Havering Townhall Main Road Romford RM1 3BD www.havering.gov.uk such representation must be received in writing by 16/01/2024, clearly stating the grounds upon which the representation is made in relation to the four objectives of the Licensing Act 2003.
