Rye International Jazz Festival Limited do hereby give notice that we have applied to the Licensing Authority at Rother District Council for the grant of a premises licence at Rye Salts, Fishmarket Road, Rye, TN31 7LP. The application is to: Present regulated music entertainment and alcohol ‘on sales’ at a Rye International Jazz Festival event during Thursday 22 to Monday 26 August 2024 over the August Bank Holiday.
Provision of music will take place as follows;
Thursday 22 August from 18.00hrs
Friday 23 August from 18.00hrs
Saturday 24 August from 12.00hrs
Sunday 25 August from 12.00hrs
Monday 26 August from 12.00hrs
Alcohol sales will cease no later than 22:00hrs and music no later than 22:30hrs.
Any person wishing to make representations to this application may do so by writing to Licensing Officer, Rother DC, Town Hall, Bexhill On Sea, East Sussex, TN39 3JX or email licensing@rother.gov.uk not later than 2nd February 2024. Representations received after this date cannot be considered. A copy of the application can be viewed at Rother DC, Town Hall, Town Hall Square, Bexhill On Sea, East Sussex, TN39 3JX, during normal office hours or www.rother.gov.uk . It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with this application, the maximum fine on summary conviction being unlimited.
