We Amayas of 10 Marsh Road, Luton, LU3 2NH are applying for the grant of a Premises Licence. If granted, the licence will enable the following to take place:The provision of Late Night Refreshment (INDOORS ONLY)Monday to Thursday & Sunday - 23:00 to 01:00Friday & Saturday 23:00 to 02:00(the following day)Persons wishing to make representations in respect of this application may do so by writing to: Licensing Service, Luton Borough Council, Town Hall, Luton, Beds, LU1 2BQ, within 28 days from the date of this notice. A copy of the Application is also kept at the above address and may be viewed during normal office hours.It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make false statement in connection with an application, the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction is a level 5 fine on standard scale
