Notice is hereby given that Distinctive
Inns Limited intends to apply for
a variation of a Premises Licence in
respect of premises known as the Priory
Hotel Nanpantan Road Nanpantan
Loughborough LE11 3YD. The variation
proposed is as follows: - Increase
the sale of alcohol hours Monday to
Sunday from 09:00am. A copy of the
Application can be inspected at the
offices of Charnwood Borough Council
Licensing Authority, Charnwood Borough
Council Council Offices, Southfield
Road Loughborough LE11 2TX www.
charnwood.gov.uk during normal office
hours. This application was lodged
with Charnwood Borough Council
Licensing Authority on 05/01/2024 and
any representations must be made in
writing to Charnwood Borough Council
Licensing Authority at the above address
no later than 02/02/2024. It is an offence
under Section 158 of the Licensing Act
2003 to make a false statement in or
in connection with this application.
Those who make a false statement may
be liable on summary conviction to a
