(1) SUPPLY OF ALCOHOL FOR CONSUMPTION
(2) AMPLIFIED RECORDED MUSIC
(3) EXHIBITION OF FILM
(4) LIVE MUSIC, STAGE PERFORMANCE,
PERFORMANCES OF DANCE & OTHER SIMILAR
ENTERTAINMENT
(5) BOXING OR WRESTLING ENTERTAINMENT

Any representation received will be available for public
inspection under the Local Government (Access to
Information) Act, 1985. It is an offence under Section
158 of the Licensing Act 2003, knowingly or recklessly
to make a false statement in the connection with an
application and the maximum fine for which a person
is liable on summary conviction for the offence is
up to level 5 on the standard scale (£ unlimited).
