What is proposed?

Notice of application for the grant of a Premises Licence under Section 17 of the Licensing Act 2003

Notice is hereby given that IPA Trading Limited has applied to London Borough of Richmond upon Thames for the grant of a Premises Licence in respect of Premises to be known as IPA, 276 - 280 Upper Richmond Road, London, SW14 7JE.

The proposed licensable activities and their hours are:

the sale of alcohol for consumption on and off the premises Monday to Sunday 0930 to 2130;

opening hours Monday to Sunday 0930 to 2130.

N.B. On sales of alcohol will be restricted to those customers attending a masterclass or tasting session at the premises, as listed in the application submitted to the Licensing Authority.

Any representations regarding the above-mentioned application must be received in writing by email to licensing@merton.gov.uk or by post to Richmond Licensing Authority Regulatory Services Partnership (Serving Merton, Richmond and Wandsworth Councils) Merton Civic Centre, London Road, Morden, Surrey, SM4 5DX stating the grounds for representation no later than 19th January 2024 stating the grounds for representation.

The record of this application may be inspected Monday to Friday (except Bank Holidays) by prior appointment at the offices of The Licensing Authority, Regulatory Services Partnership (Serving Merton, Richmond and Wandsworth Councils) Merton Civic Centre, London Road, Morden, Surrey, SM4 5DX between the hours of 10.00am and 4.00pm. Information on all new and variation applications received by the Licensing Authority can be viewed on the Councils website www.richmond.gov.uk.

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with person is liable to an unlimited fine on conviction should such a false statement be made.
