Notice of application for the grant of a Premises
Licence under Section 17 of the Licensing Act 2003
Notice is hereby given that Gabriel Csizmadia has applied
to Wakefield Council for the grant of a Premises Licence
in respect of Premises 135 Agbrigg Road, Wakefield, WF1
5AU known as Tatra Market. The proposed licensable
activities and their hours are: The supply of alcohol off
the premises 0700 to 2300 Monday to Sunday. Any
representations by an interested party or responsible
authority regarding the above-mentioned application must
be received in writing by Licensing Office, Wakefield
Council,Wakefield One, PO Box 700, Burton Street,
Wakefield WF1 2EB no later than 18th January 2024 stating
the grounds for objection.The register of Wakefield Council
and the record of the application may be inspected at
Wakefield One, Burton Street, Wakefield, WF1 2EB during
normal business hours or on the council's website.
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false
statement in connection with an application. The maximum
fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for
the offence is unlimited.
