Notice of application for variation of a Premises

Licence

Applicant: Mr Jagtar Singh Johal. Premises: Best One, 269
Victoria Road East, Hebburn, NE31 1YE. Notice is hereby
given that Mr Jagtar Singh Johal has applied on the 21st
December 2023 to South Tyneside Council for a Variation
of Premises Licence Application under the Licensing Act
2003. The application sought is to deal with amendments
to the hours for the sale of alcohol (off the premises only),
the new hours proposed are Mon to Sat 07.00 to 23.00 and
Sundays 08.00 to 22.30. Seasonal Variations for Christmas
Day to 08.00 to 22.30. The opening hours of the premises
will be Mon to Sat 07.00 to 23.00, Sundays 08.00 to 22.30
and Christmas Day 08.00 to 22.30. In all other respects the
licence is to remain the same. Anyone who wishes to make
representations regarding this application must give notice
in writing to the Licensing Department, South Tyneside
Council, Town Hall and Civic Offices, Westoe Road, South
Shields, Tyne & Wear, NE33 2RL. Representations must be
received no later than 18th January 2024. The application
record and register may be viewed during normal office
hours at the above address or at www.southtyneside.gov.uk.
It is an offence under Section 158 of the Licensing Act
2003, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in
connection with an application and the maximum fine for
which a person is liable on summary conviction for the
offence is unlimited.
