What is proposed?
Notice of application for the grant of a Premises
Licence under Section 17 of the Licensing Act 2003
Notice is hereby given that BKUK Group Limited has
applied to Lancaster City Council for the grant of a
Premises Licence in respect of Premises to be known as
Burger King, 7 Cheapside, Lancaster, LA1 1LY. The
proposed licensable activities and their hours are: 1. Late
Night Refreshment (both indoors and outdoors) Monday to
Sunday 23:00 to 05:00; 2. Opening Hours Monday to
Sunday 24 Hours; and 3. To include conditions in the
operating schedule agreed with the Police. Any
representations regarding the above-mentioned application
must be received in writing by Licensing Manager,
Lancaster City Council, Morecombe Town Hall, Marine
Road, Morecambe, LA4 5AF or by email to
licensing@lancaster.gov.uk no later than 16th January 2024
stating the grounds for representation. The register of
Lancaster City Council and the record of the application
may be inspected at the address of the council, given above,
during normal business hours or on the council’s website -
www.lancaster.gov.uk
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false
statement in connection with an application. A person is
liable to an unlimited fine on conviction should such a false
statement be made.
