To whom it may concern: We: Temple Bar do hereby give notice that we have applied to the Licensing Authority at East Devon District Council for a new Premises License at: Temple Bar, Sea Dog Art Gallery, Temple Winds, The Beacon, Exmouth, Devon EX8 1PB and known as: Temple Bar

The application is to: Apply to authorize the following licensable activities:

The supply of alcohol for consumption on the premises:

Monday to Saturday: 16:00 00:00

Sunday: 12:00 00:00

New Year's Eve: 16:00 01:00

The provision of recorded music:

Monday to Sunday: 10:00 00:00

New Years Eve: 10:00 01:00

Premises opening hours:

Monday to Sunday: 10:00 00:00

New Year's Eve: 10:00 01:00

The provision of late night refreshments:

Monday to Sunday: 23:00 00:00

Any person wishing to make representations to this application may do so by writing to The Licensing Manager, East Devon District Council, Blackdown House, Border Road, Heathpark Industrial Estate, Honiton, EX14 1EJ not later than 12th January 2024 Representations received after this date cannot be considered. All representations MUST BE IN WRITING
