LICENSING ACT 2003 APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE (Section 17)

Notice is hereby given that B & M Retail Limited has
applied to Worthing Borough Council on 18
December 2023 for the grant of a Premises Licence
in respect of B&M Store, (Former Wilko) Unit 1-8
Guildbourne Centre, Worthing BN11 1LZ to allow off
sales of alcohol and opening hours from 07:00 to
23:00 7 days a week. Any person who desires to make objection to the said grant should set out, in writing, a brief statement of the grounds of his/her objection and send to: The Licensing Unit, Adur & Worthing Councils, Portland House, 44 Richmond Road, Worthing, West Sussex, BN11 1HS. Representations must reach the Licensing Unit no later than: 15 January 2024. The application may be viewed, in full, at the above offices between the hours of 9.00am and 4.00pm Monday to Friday. Information as to the date of hearing to determine the application may be obtained from www.adur- orthing.gov.uk. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application punishable on summary conviction by a maximum fine that is unlimited.
