What is proposed?

LICENSING ACT 2003 NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE OR CLUB PREMISES CERTIFICATE

Notice is hereby given that

(1) NEW ENGLAND COFFEE HOUSE LTD / THE COTSWOLD FARM

Applied to Cotswold District Council to use the premises at

(2) Faulkner House, The Square, Stow On The Wold, Cheltenham, GL54 1AB

With the proposal to 'license these premises for:

(3) The Cotswold Farm, part of the new England coffee house ltd

a new Farm Shop in Stow that we will offer Hot Food (Breakfast, All day Brunch, Pizza ) and beverage.

  • We will also have a retail area for: Fruits and Vegs, Local produce products, Bakery, ready meals for having in or take away.

  • Proposed hours of operation: Mon 9:00 -22.00 - Tue 9:00-22.00 Wed 9:00-22.00 - Thur 9:00 -22.00 Fri 9:00 -23.00 - Sat 9:00 -23.00 Sun 9:00 -22.00

  • Capacity / occupancy levels of premises We are having 8 tables /16 covers inside.

  • Capacity Limits

  • We have a capacity limit of_20 _ to prevent overcrowding which could lead to crime and disorder.

Representations must be made IN WRITING between "Date: 13/12/23 and Date: 09/01/2024.
