NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE/ CLUB PREMISES CERTIFICATE
Bethany Lorraine Irving. Quarantini, 4 Vernon Close, South Shields, NE33 5DF. Notice is given that Bethany Lorraine Irving has applied to South Tyneside Licensing Authority for a Premises Licence or Club Premises Certificate under the Licensing Act 2003. The licensable activities are a cocktail delivery service. Operation hours are Thursday-Sunday 6pm-11pm. Anyone who wishes to make representations regarding this application must give notice in writing to: Licensing Section, South Tyneside Council, Development Services, Level 2, Town Hall & Civic Offices, Westoe Road, South Shields, NE33 2RL. Representations must be received no later then 15th January 2024. The Application Record and Register may be viewed during normal office hours at the above address or at www.southtyneside.info. It is an offence under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is up to level 5 on the standard scale(£5000).
