73 Orrell Lane - Application for a Premises Licence
What is proposed?
LICENSING ACT 2003
Mr J Sellathurai has applied for a premises licence at 73
Orrell Lane, Liverpool L9 8BX to allow alcohol sales (for
consumption off the premises) 0700 to 2300 hrs daily, and
to 0000 hours on named special days.
The application can be inspected at the Licensing Authority,
Liverpool Council, Cunard Buildings, Water St, L13 1AH
Mon-Fri 9am-5pm or at www.liverpool.gov.uk/LAR. Any
person wishing to make representations must do so in
writing to the Licensing Authority by 13/1/2024.
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false
statement in connection with an application punishable with
a maximum fine of £5000 on summary conviction.
