NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A
PREMISES LICENCE UNDER THE
LICENSING ACT 2003
New Bailey PY Ltd have applied to Salford
City Council for a premises licence for
Youth, 60/61 New Bailey Street, Salford
M3 5EQ. To permit the sale of alcohol and
regulated entertainment between the hours
of 09.00am and 12.00 midnight on weekdays,
and 09.00am and 01.00am on Fridays and
Saturdays. To permit late night refreshment
from 23.00 until 00.00 Sunday to Thursday
and from 23.00 to 1.00am on Fridays and
Saturdays. Full details of the application
may be inspected by appointment only by
contacting Licensing Services, Salford Civic
Centre, Chorley Road, Swinton, Salford
M27 5AW or licensing@salford.gov.uk
Representations should be made in writing to
the Licensing Authority at the above address
no later than 17 January 2024. It is an offence
to knowingly or recklessly make a false
statement in connection with this application.
To do so could result in an unlimited fine.
