Notice is given that Mr Mehmet Annak has applied to HACKNEY COUNCIL for a premises licence at Dalston Corner, I Stoke Newington Road, London N16 8BH. In order to extend the hours of licensable activities as: Sale of Alcohol consumption OFF the Premise:
Monday to Sunday from 08:00 to 03:00 following day

The licence register listing details of the application is held at the licensing Service, I Hillman Street, London E8 1DY Tel No. 020 8156 4970. Details are also available on-line at www.hackney.gov.uk/licensing. Any representations against this application must be made in writing and received by the Licensing Service at the above address, by no later than the 11th January 2024. Residents and businesses in the vicinity of the premises, or their representatives, may make representations on licensing objectives grounds only, i.e. the prevention of crime and disorder, the prevention of public nuisance, public safety and the protection of children from harm.
Copies of all representations will be sent to the applicant ft is an offence, liable on conviction to a fine up to £5000 for an applicant to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with the application.
