Application for a Premises Licence

Licensing Act 2003

Notice is hereby given that, we, Lidl Great Britain Limited have made an application under Section 17 of Part 3 of the Licensing Act 2003 to Mid Devon District Council for a Premises Licence for Lidl Great Britain Limited, Land lying to the north of Commercial Road, Crediton, EX17 1ER for sale of alcohol by retail for consumption off the premises during the hours 07:00-23:00 Monday to Sunday.

Any person wishing to make representations on this application may do so by writing to The Licensing Section, Mid Devon District Council, Phoenix House, Phoenix Lane, Tiverton, Devon, EX16 6PP not later than the final date on this notice (below)

A copy of the application can be viewed at the Licensing Authority’s address during normal office hours or on the Council’s website: https://www.middevon.gov.uk/business/licensing/ 

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with this application, the maximum fine on summary conviction is £5,000.
