APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE UNDER THE LICENSING ACT 2003
J&S INNOVATIVES LTD is applying for the GRANT of a Premises Licence at 422 Birmingham Road, Wylde Green, Birmingham, B72 1YJ
If GRANTED the application will allow:
Sale of alcohol: 08:00 to 23:00 – Monday to Sunday.

Representations must be made in writing within 28 days from the date of this notice, i.e. by midnight on 09/01/2024.
It is an offence, under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, to make a false statement in or in connection with this application. Those who make a false statement may be liable on summary conviction to a fine of any amount. 13/12/2023
