Notice of application for the grant of a
Premises Licence
Edward & Jane Blackhurst are applying for a
Premises Licence for 61 Woodlands Road, Ansdell
FY8 1DA. The application is to: Sell alcohol by retail
Monday – Sunday from 10.00hrs-22.00.00hrs on
and off the premises.
Any person wishing to make representations in
relation to this application must do so in writing,
including their address & telephone number by no
later than the 10th January 2024 to the Licensing
Department, Fylde Borough Council, Town Hall,
Lytham St Annes, FY8 1LW. Email licensing@fylde.
gov.uk.
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a
false statement in connection with an application, a
person doing so may be liable to a fine on conviction of up to £5,000.
