Butlins Skyline Ltd - Roman Bank - New Premises Licence
What is proposed?
Notice of application to vary a Premises Licence under
Section 34 of the Licensing Act 2003
Notice is hereby given that Butlins Skyline Ltd in respect
of Premises known as Butlins, Roman Bank, Ingoldmells,
Skegness, PE25 1NJ applied to East Lindsey District
Council for a Variation of a Premises Licence. The
proposed variation is: 1. To amend annex 2, condition (d) 2
under the heading ‘The Prevention of Public Nuisance’ to
read: “The playing of live or recorded music in any outside
area shall not continue beyond 19:00 except in the building
adjacent to the Skyline Pavilion (known as Studio 36)
where the terminal hour will be 02:00. No amplified music
will be played in Studio 36 after 23:00 except for on
Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays and on New Years Eve/New
Years Day when amplified music is permitted until 02:00
the following morning. On Mondays to Thursdays only,
after 23:00 (except for any such day being New Years Eve
into New Years Day) guests in Studio 36 will be provided
with headphones and music will be relayed to attendees via
a wireless network.”. 2. To change name of the venue
known as ‘Ludos’ to ‘Papa John’s’. All other existing
activities and hours to remain as per the existing premises
licence. Any representations regarding the above-mentioned
application must be received in writing by The Licensing
Team, East Lindsey District, Council, The Hub, Mareham
Road, Horncastle, LN9 6PH no later than 8 January 2024
stating the grounds for representation. The register of East
Lindsey District Council and the record of the application
may be inspected at the address of the council, given above,
during normal business hours or on the council’s website -
www.e-lindsey.gov.uk.
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false
statement in connection with an application. A person is
liable to an unlimited fine on conviction should such a false
statement be made.
