LICENSING ACT 2003 - PUBLIC NOTICE GRANT OF A PREMISES LICENCE

Notice is hereby given that an application has been made to Stoke-on-Trent City Council by Krishna Prasad Kandel for Royal Bahaar 325 Hartshill Road, Hartshill, Newcastleunder- Lyme. Brief description of proposed licensable activities:

Sale of Alcohol by Retail (Off and On) Mon-Sun 100-2300hrs

Any representation received will be available for public inspection under the Local Government (Access to Information) Act, 1985.

It is an offence under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in the connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is up to level 5 on the standard scale (£ unlimited).
