APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE
(Section 17)
Notice is hereby given that B & M Retail Limited has applied
to Oadby and Wigston Borough Council on 13 December
2023 for the grant of a Premises Licence in respect of B&M
Store, (Former Wilko), Unit 12, The Arcade, Leicester Road,
Wigston, Leicester LE18 1NZ to allow off sales of alcohol
and opening hours from 07:00 to 23:00 7 days a week.
During office hours arrangements may be made for the
Licensing Register to be viewed at the offices of the
Licensing Authority, Oadby and Wigston Borough Council,
Council Offices, Station Road, Wigston, Leicestershire
LE18 2DR (www.oadby-wigston.gov.uk)
Any representation by a Responsible Authority or any other
person must be made in writing to the address shown
above by 10 January 2024.
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false
statement in connection with an application punishable on
summary conviction by a maximum fine that is unlimited.
