of The Licensing Act 2003
Notice is hereby given that an application
was made to Surrey Heath Borough Council
for a premises licence under the above Act
on the 12th December 2023. Applicant:
Sajeevan Athmanathan. Address of premises:
Kays Mini Mart, 59 Deepcut Bridge Road,
Deepcut, Camberley, GU16 6QP. The
Licence, if granted, will enable the premises
to be used for the supply of alcohol for
consumption off the premises. Proposed
licensable activities: The supply of alcohol for
consumption off the premises. Proposed
opening hours & days and hours of
licensable activity: Supply of alcohol Monday
to Sunday 07:00 - 21:00. Any Responsible
Authority or other person may make
representations in respect of the grant of
the Licence by submitting the same in
writing to: *Surrey Heath Borough Council,
Licensing Officer, Surrey Heath House, Knoll
Road, Camberley GU15 3HD by not later
than: 9th January 2024. The register of
applications is available for inspection on
www.surreyheath.gov.uk and the application
can be inspected between the hours of 9am
and 5pm at the above address*.

connection with, an application, and the
maximum fine on summary conviction of
such an offence is not limited.
