New Grant of Premises Licence
Notice is given that Lemon Pepper Holdings
Limited applied to the London Borough of
Hounslow on 12 December 2023 for the
new grant of a premises licence to use the
premises known as Wingstop Unit 2, Smithy
Lane, High Street Quarter, Hounslow TW3
1EH for the provision of: (1) retail sale of
alcohol: Sun– Thurs 11:00 to 23:00, Fri-Sat
11:00 to 24:00; and (2) late night
refreshment: Fri-Sat 23:00 to 24:00 (3) on
such other terms and conditions as set out
in the application papers. Any person who
wishes to make a representation in relation
to this application must give notice in
writing of his/her representation by 9
January 2024 stating the grounds for making
said representation to: Licensing Team,
London Borough of Hounslow, Hounslow
House 7 Bath Road Hounslow TW3 3EB
or licensing@hounslow.gov.uk The public
register where applications are available to
be viewed by members of the public can
be accessed online by visiting at
www.hounslow.gov.uk and following the
links.
It is an offence for anyone knowingly or
recklessly to make a false statement in
connection with a Licence Application. The
fine on summary conviction is unlimited.
