What is proposed?

Licensing Act 2003
I Natalie Trueman give notice that I have applied to
Cornwall Council as Licensing Authority for Grant of a
Premises Licence in respect of Rocky's Restaurant, Unit
1, White River Place, St Austell, Cornwall, PL25 5AZ.
The application is to: sell alcohol between the hours of
Monday top Saturday 11:00 to 11:00
and 12:00 to 22:00 Sunday.
A responsible authority or other person wishing to make
representations to this application may do so by writing
to the Licensing Team, Cornwall Council, PO Box 676,
Threemilestone, Truro TR1 9EQ or email licensing@
cornwall.gov.uk not later than 26th December 2023.
A record of the application can be viewed at the Licensing
Authority's address Monday to Friday (except Bank
Holidays) by prior appointment. Details are also at www.
cornwall.gov.uk by searching 'List of current premises
licence applications'. Alternatively, telephone the Licensing
Office on 01872 324210.
It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly to make a false
statement in connection with this application, the maximum
fine on summary conviction being £5,000.
