Notice of application in respect of the renewal of a sex establishment License in pursuant to schedule 3, Local government Miscellaneous provisions act 1982 Take notice that on Monday 11th December 2023. We Warwood Ltd applied to Birmingham City Council for the renewal of a Sex establishment venue license at the venue known as: Medusa Lodge,139-147 Hurst St, Southside, Birmingham, B5 6SD for the intended days and opening hours of Mon to Sun - 10.00hrs to 06.00hrs.

Anyone wishing to make objections to this application must do so in writing to General Licensing Regulation & Enforcement. P.O. Box 17831. Birmingham, B2 2HJ Tel: 0121-303-9896. Email: licensing@birmingham.gov.uk Public Register at: Birmingham.gov.uk/licensing, no later than 28 days after the date of the application, this being Monday 8th January 2024, stating the grounds for objection.
