NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE UNDER SECTION 17

Notice is hereby given that on the 11th December 2023 Euro Garages Limited applied to Carlisle City Council for a Premises Licence in respect of premises Asda Express PFS Currock, Currock Road, Carlisle, Cumbria CA2 4AS. The proposed licensable activities are: 1. The sale by retail of alcohol on Mondays to Sundays between the hours of 00:00 and 24:00. 2. To permit late night refreshment on Mondays to Sundays between the hours of 23:00 and 05:00.

Any representations by a responsible authority or any other person regarding this application must be received in writing by the Licensing Manager, Licensing Section, Carlisle City Council, Civic Centre, Carlisle CA3 8QG or by email to licensing@carlisle.gov.uk no later than the 8th January 2024, stating the grounds for representations. The register of Carlisle City Council and the record of the application may be inspected at the above address between the hours of 10 am to 4 pm Monday to Friday.

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. The fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is unlimited.
