Application for Grant of Premises License
Take Notice that Zara’s Spice Ltd have applied to Kirklees Council under the Licensing Act 2003, for the grant of premises license certificate in respect of premises known as Zara’s Spice Ltd, 164 Manchester Road, HD1 3JA for supply if Alcohol, Provision of Late Night Refreshment and Record Music.
Premises trading hours for purpose of this license are Sunday to Thursday 17:30 to 23:00, Friday & Saturday 17:30 to 12:00 am
Interested parties responsible authorities may make representations regarding the application where they believe that the proposed activities would undermine any of the four licensing objectives.
Any representations must be submitted in writing to the Licensing Office, Flint Street Depot, Flint Street, Fartown,Huddersfield, HD1 6LG or by email at licensing@ kirklees.gov.uk by 05/01/2024
Persons wishing to inspect the Licensing Register may do so at the above address during normal office hours or online at www.kirklees.gov.uk/licensing
It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and on summary conviction would be liable to a fine not exceeding £5000 .
