NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE

UNDER SECTION 17

Notice is hereby given that on the 8th December 2023

Euro Garages Limited applied to Northumberland Council for a Premises Licence in respect of premises Asda Express PFS Hexham, off Rotary Way, Bridge End Hexham NE46 4DL.

The proposed licensable activities are;-

1. The sale by retail of alcohol on Mondays to Sundays between the hours of 00.00 to 24.00. 2. To permit late night refreshment on Mondays to Sundays between the hours of 23.00 and 05.00.

Any representations by a responsible authority or any other person regarding this application must be received in writing by;- Licensing Department, Business Compliance & Public Safety Unit, Public Protection Service West Hartford Business Park, Cramlington, Northumberland NE23 3JP no later than the 5th January 2024 stating the grounds for representations. The register of Northumberland Council and the record of the application may be inspected Monday to Thursday 9 am to 4.30 pm, Friday 9 am to 3.00 pm.

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. The fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is unlimited.
