What is proposed?

Notice is hereby given that Hang Sing Hong Manchester Ltd have applied to Durham County Council in respect of the premises known as Taste the Orient, Unit 9, The River Walk, Durham DH1 4SL for the grant of a Premises Licence to permit the Sale by Retail of Alcohol (off sales) Monday to Sunday 10:00 until 19:30. A record of this application may be inspected at the Council's offices at Annand House, John Street North, Meadowfield, Durham, DH7 8RS by appointment, on weekdays between 9.30 am and 4.30 pm.
Any representations about this application must be made in writing by 1 January 2024 and sent to: Durham County Council, Licensing Services, PO Box 617, Durham, DH1 9HZ or by email to licensing@durham.gov.uk.
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is unlimited.
