Notice is hereby given that BAKEHOUSE EXPRESS WITHAM LTD. Has applied in respect of the BAKEHOUSE EXPRESS WITHAM, 63B NEWLAND STREET, CM8 1AA for a New Premises Licence under the Licensing Act to allow for provision of: the sale of alcohol, between the hours of 12.00 and 23.00 Monday - Saturday, 12.00 and 20.00 Sunday.

Representations to this application must be made in writing, by 4th January 2024 to the Braintree District Council Licensing Authority at Causeway House, Bocking End, Braintree, CM7 9HB where the register of Licensing applications can be inspected between 09.00 and 17.00 Monday to Friday.

It is an offence on summary conviction, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application, the maximum fine for which is £5000.
