To whom it may concern:

We, at Stairs Leisure Ltd, do hereby give notice that we have applied to the Licensing Authority at North Norfolk District Council, Holt Road, Cromer, for a variation of Premises Licence Certificate at: White Horse Bar & Restaurant, High Street, East Runton, NR27 9NX formally known as Sammy's Bar & Grill.

The application is to:

• Update the name of the operating business to Stairs Leisure Ltd

• Update the name of the premises to "White Horse Bar & Restaurant"

• Update the boundary plan which shows the area for the sale and consumption of alcohol.

Any person wishing to object to the application must do so in writing by 3rd January 2024, stating the reasons for the objection and forwarding it to the Licensing Section at North Norfolk District Council at the above mentioned address.
